Help test StitchKeep before launch
Keep your place. Keep your stash. Keep stitching.
StitchKeep is a free app for cross stitch and hand embroidery on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with no ads and no account. Before it reaches the App Store, 20 stitchers get it early through Apple's TestFlight and help shape it.
20 seats, chosen to balance crafts
Seats aren't first come, first served. They're split so every kind of stitcher is heard:
9
Cross stitchers
PDF charts, kits or paper charts, and a floss stash to keep track of.
7
Hand embroiderers
Thread from any brand, stitch reference, pattern transfer and a stitching journal.
4
Pattern designers
Send a test chart and see how it reads in StitchKeep's chart marker.
How to join
Send a short email with the answers to three questions. You don't need an account anywhere.
- Which do you do: cross stitch, hand embroidery, both, or pattern design?
- Which device would you test on: iPhone, iPad or Mac (and which model, if you know)?
- How do you keep your place on a chart today (highlighter on paper, another app, nothing)?
Or write to support@stitchkeep.app with the subject "StitchKeep beta".
What happens next
- Seats are picked in late October. If you're chosen, you'll get a TestFlight invitation from Apple at the email you write from. If not, you'll hear that too, and you'll be first to know when the public beta opens.
- Testing runs from November to the launch in January. Two short, optional surveys ask what works and what doesn't.
- You can send feedback and screenshots from inside TestFlight, or reply by email.
Your email, handled carefully
The StitchKeep app collects no data, and this beta keeps to the same spirit:
- Your email is used only to send your TestFlight invitation and beta news. It isn't shared, sold or added to a marketing list.
- There's no form, tracker or analytics on this page. Your email goes straight to a person.
- TestFlight is run by Apple. Apple shares crash reports and the feedback you choose to send with the developer, under Apple's privacy policy.
- When the beta ends, beta emails are deleted. Ask any time and yours is deleted sooner.
See the privacy policy for the app itself.
